Welcome!
My name is LeeAnn Britton. As a secondary education major, I earned both a bachelor of science degree from Pensacola Christian College and a master’s degree from Landmark Baptist College. I truly love working with young people. I taught high school History for 21 years and during that time began to develop more of an interest in Fine Arts. Having taken piano lessons as a child, I continue to use those talents in both church and school.
In our Christian school, I began to teach Drama and work with High School choirs, helping to organize many dramatic and musical productions. During the past 15 years I have accompanied school choirs for choral and individual performances during concerts and competitions.
In church, I have been part-time pianist for 23 years. During that time, I have been an accompanist for soloists, small groups, and church choir. I have also played for weddings, banquets, and other church and school events.
I enjoy teaching piano to all age groups and am constantly looking for ways to improve my teaching methods in order to make music learning fun.
Sincerely,
LeeAnn Britton
